CD and DVD Production (Duplication and Replication)

CD and DVD production is carried out using two basic techniques: duplication and replication.

CD and DVD duplication is the reproduction of CD and DVD using computer (so-called disk burning), simply by cloning the contents of your master disc.

CD and DVD replication is a specific process of CD and DVD manufacturing using 'glass master' which is made according to your master disc.

In both techniques, produced or manufactured disks are being verified on a separate device by digitally comparing manufactured disks and your master. This prevents loss of data on disks and their failures.
